All new homes in the State of California are required to have an ETS installed at set-up according to the California Administrative Code, Title 25. There are a number of ETS systems available and it is usually advisable to work with the dealer or home installer at the time of home purchase. If the home is located in a resident-owned park or private property, it is advisable to upgrade the system to a state certified Foundation System.
