OnTheLevel, specializes in servicing, repairing and upgrading manufactured home foundations. From the recalibration of the home's existing structural support units to more comprehensive foundation retrofitting when enhanced design criteria are needed to meet wind, seismic, weight and snow load requirements to satisfy either the building department or lending requirements, OnTheLevel offers turn-key solutions.

To facilitate smooth transactions, we work as a liaison between borrowers and lenders to provide specialized documentation that might be required to meet loan conditions. For some loan types, this may require a foundation retrofit and if so, we offer full service transaction orchestration that includes pulling building permits, installing the requisite foundation, completing and filing the jurisdictional documents (i.e. HCD Form 433A aka Notice of Manufactured Home Installation on a Foundation System) and if necessary, expediting an Engineer's Certification inspection in order to demonstrate that the foundation complies with the HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for FHA and Reverse Mortgage Loans. OnTheLevel can generally coordinate both retrofits and certifications for efficient completion of the loan.

We also have experience as consultants, expert witnesses and troubleshooters in all facets of the manufactured home industry. We are members of the Better Business Bureau in good standing as well as members of a number of manufactured home professional organizations.

OnTheLevel is icensed as General Contractors (B-1) and Manufactured Home Specialty Contractors (C-47) in the State of California, B-05 Tie-Down Contractor in Arizona. OnTheLevel is a certified Department of Veterans Affairs contractor under the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program.
