John has been licensed in California since 1987 as both a General Building B-1 Contractor and a Specialty Manufactured Home Contractor C-47. A dealer operating under the name of Crest Homes, his specialty is unique beach projects. His experience in disaster-response situations(fire, earthquake and hurricanes) has given him a unique understanding of the value of retrofit systems and quality installation standards. He is also a realtor, licensed by the Department of Real Estate in the State of California.

In Arizona, he is licensed as a C-05 Tie-Down Contractor.

Janis works primarily with realtors and lenders, helping expedite permits, job installation and recordation of the 433A as well as the processing of the Engineer's Certification in order for loans and escrows to close in a timely manner. The primary objective is a seamless transaction with fast efficient service. Janis has a degree from Lewis and Clark College in Oregon, major in Spanish, which often comes in handy with construction crews.

Scott oversees inspections, job performance and installation of retrofit systems. He has been working on retrofit projects since the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, determining the most affordable solution for each project. He has a degree from Northern Arizona University in English Literature and International Communications. He is also fluent in Spanish having studied in both Spain and Costa Rica.

Janeene is in charge of all aspects of administrative details from accounts payable and receivable, database entry and customer relations. Janeene graduated from University of San Diego as a Sociology Major and was also a Division I basketball player/captain during her time at USD. Thanks to her leadership skills, she brings a tireless work ethic and team attitude to the ON THE LEVEL work family.

Randy is Superintendent of the job crews and oversees the job performance and quality control of field operations. Although the type of work we do is less than glamorous, Randy takes pride in the fact that all jobs are done professionally, the understructures are clean and orderly, will pass local and federal standards and that customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Randy's standard of excellence is only matched by his high level of integrity.
